Standard Desktops and Laptops – $35

Our Diagnostic Fee only applies when the technician has completed their diagnostic process, the customer has been notified of the issues found, and service is declined. 

If you are dropping off a laptop for service, please remember to bring the charging cable with you as well. Many times repairs are delayed due to a dead battery. If you are dropping off a Desktop or Gaming Computer for repair, usually the only thing we will need is the tower itself. There’s no need to bring any peripherals, cables, power cords, etc.. If you’re unsure what to bring, feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

We stand behind the quality of our service. We provide a one-week warranty on labor services and a 90-day warranty on all hardware repairs. Additionally, any new-in-box items carry a manufacturer warranty of one year or more.

While we do provide on-site service, it’s important to note that hourly on-site service is primarily reserved for our valued business clients. We find that many of our individual customers often opt for in-shop repairs, which can be a more economical choice. This flexibility ensures you have options tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Yes, we are happy to offer a 10% discount for Students, Active and Retired Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire Department Personnel.

Yes! We use advanced tools and techniques to recover data from a variety of storage devices, including hard drives, SSDs, and memory cards. In most cases, we can recover your data within 2-7 business days. However, more complex issues may take longer.

No appointment is necessary! We operate on a convenient drop-off basis. Feel free to stop by at your convenience, and our friendly team will be ready to check in your computer for service. We’re here to make the process hassle-free for you.

Yes, as an upgrade option, you can enjoy priority handling and service that’s dedicated to completing your repair as promptly as possible. All without sacrificing our quality standards.

At Springfield PC PROS, we use a flat rate pricing model for all our computer repairs plus the cost of parts. We believe that this is the most fair and transparent pricing model for us and our customers. By charging a flat rate (vs hourly), we don’t penalize ourselves for being quick and efficient at what we do, and our customers never have to worry about being overcharged if your repair takes longer than expected.

We understand that being without your computer stinks! At Springfield PC PROS, we work hard to have most repairs completed within 3-5 business days. Sometimes parts will need to be ordered for your computer, and in those situations, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for parts delivery.

HOW IT WORKS

Drop Off

Stop by our Shop and drop off your computer. Tell us what's going on and one of our friendly staff members will get your computer checked-in for service.

Diagnosis

Typically within 48-72 hours, we are able to start our diagnostic process to thoroughly evaluate your system for issues. This involves a comprehensive assessment to identify any performance issues your computer may also be experiencing.

Estimate

After completing our comprehensive diagnostics we'll send you a message with an estimate that outlines what we found, what we need to do, and what the expected cost will be. We then wait for your permission to get started on service and repairs.

Parts Order

Sometimes a repair will require us to Special Order a replacement part in order to complete your service or repair. Once we have your estimate approval, we'll get parts on order. Most parts arrive within 3-10 business days.

Repair

Once we have your approval, (or when parts arrive), we'll notify you and get started on wrapping up the service and repairs to your unit. This also includes our complimentary Maintenance and Optimization to your system.

Pickup

Once we've completed repairs to your computer, and completed our final system checks, we'll promptly notify you that service is complete and everything is ready for pickup.
