Drop it off, and we take it from there: into the queue, onto the bench, then a real look at what’s wrong. You get a text every step along the way, including a quote, so you’re always in the know. Desktop and laptop repairs start at $129 flat labor.
Pick whatever’s closest and we’ll take you to the right page. Nothing here fits? Tell us at the bottom of this page and we’ll figure it out together.
Eight things that come across the bench every day.
Won’t power on, blue screening, running slower than it used to, or making a noise it never used to make? We diagnose the machine as a whole, rather than just the symptom you noticed.
Cracked screens, dead batteries, broken hinges, or a charging port that only works if you hold the cable just right? We check the whole machine, not just the one thing you called about.
Thermal throttling, frame drops, failing AIO pumps, unstable overclocks, GPUs that crash mid match. If there’s an upgrade worth doing instead of just another repair, we’ll flag it and quote it separately, no pressure either way.
Somebody told you the motherboard’s dead? That usually just means their shop can’t repair boards at the component level. We can, tracing the fault down to the exact part that failed.
No picture, no power, or a disc that won’t come out. Most of the time it’s the HDMI port, a flat $179 fix that includes a full clean and fresh thermal paste. Your games, saves, and account stay exactly where they are.
Pop ups that won’t close, a browser that redirects itself, ransom screens, and the fake support number somebody talked you into calling. Windows reinstall included when needed, with your files backed up first.
You already bought the parts, and we build it, wire it, update the firmware and drivers, install Windows, and stress test it before it goes back on your desk. Three tiers depending on how much you want done.
You set the budget, we spec it, order it, build it, and test it. Every part gets picked for what you’ll run, not just what’s cheapest to source.
Ongoing support for offices, small practices, and shops running 2 to 20 computers. Monitoring, updates, backups, and a technician who already knows your setup when something breaks.
The quote breaks down what we found, what we need to do, and how much we expect it all to cost. Then we wait for your approval to get started.
Software cleanup, driver updates, and performance tuning are bundled into the labor, not billed separately.
From check-in to pickup, you’ll know when diagnostics start, what we found, and the second it’s ready.
You’ll get a text at every step, from drop-off to the moment it’s ready.
Walk in during business hours, no appointment. We write up a ticket with what it’s doing, in your words, and get it into the queue.
It usually takes about 3 to 7 business days for a technician to have bench room, since we work tickets in the order they arrive.
Once it’s on the bench, we complete a thorough diagnostic of the whole machine, troubleshooting reported issues, monitoring temperatures, performance metrics, and error logs. Once complete, we text you a quote outlining what we found, what we need to do, and what we expect it to cost.
Nothing happens until you reply. A text quote is good for 72 hours. If we don’t hear back, it closes on its own and the bench fee applies.
Once you approve, we order parts same day. Most land in 3 to 7 business days. Sometimes we have to source parts from overseas, which can take up to 30 days, and we’ll say so upfront instead of letting you find out on day ten.
Once parts are in, we usually need 24 to 48 hours to install and test. If nothing had to be ordered, most repairs are done in 1 to 3 business days after you approve them. We text you the moment it’s ready.
We don’t guarantee a finish date, because nobody likes racing the clock. Instead, each step above lists a real range for how long it usually takes.
If the repair costs most of what the machine is worth, we’ll say so. We’d rather lose the ticket than sell you a bad decision.
If a drive is failing, we try to get a copy of your files before anything else. If it’s too far gone, we’ll refer you to a real data recovery company instead of pretending we can pull it.
We get started diagnosing your machine sooner, typically within 1 to 2 business days, sometimes sooner. That’s a fast start, not a fast finish. Some repairs take longer than others regardless, and a special order part still ships on its own schedule.
Assembly has its own Expedited pricing, see that page for the number.
Our technicians are trained to stay out of your personal files, photos, and documents, and while your machine’s with us, we only access what the repair requires. Every employee signs a written privacy agreement promising exactly that before they ever touch a customer’s machine, and breaking it can cost them their job. If you have any concerns about your data before you leave your equipment with us, raise them with our staff before you go. We don’t take that trust lightly.
“Prices and quotes were incredibly clear through the whole process. Communication was frequent and top notch. I knew as soon as the parts for my PC arrived so that they could start work.”
“PC Pros fixed my laptop when others said they couldn’t. I liked the text notifications to keep me updated on progress. I also forgot my charger when picking up. Brandon delivered it to my home that same evening.”
“Geek Squad said $85 to ship out plus diag fee plus repair costs. They pointed me to these guys and when I brought my laptop in they greeted me with the best attitude, took my laptop, and I got it back before I could finish my lunch.”
No appointment, no deposit, and no work until you approve the estimate.
